Good game, but app stability and UI elements need improvement

The game itself is addicting, simple, and fun. I love collecting the characters, and the coins arent terribly difficult to accumulate once you get a good tsum (and the coins you get for sending/receiving of hearts can really add up fast.) The events are fun and frequent and the bingo cards are a great system for unlocking rewards (but its definitely time for new bingo cards) HOWEVER it is SO time consuming and tedious to send and receive hearts. Why do we need to tap THREE TIMES to confirm to send a heart to one person? Why cant we just tap once next to a name and be done with it? And more importantly, why is there no "send all" button? Some users have very large friend lists and this feature would be amazing.

Also, recently the app has had so much trouble connecting to the "network" it is constantly kicking me out. I think this is since the last update? I hope the developers read these reviews and take some feedback into consideration, because it is a fun game and the free-to-play elements are well implemented.
