Rigged

I have been trying to get the new Star Wars tsums. I have "purchased" 10 premium tsums and received 0 Star Wars tsums. Thats ridiculous. I wrote to the help desk and they said "its random." No its not random. Its a disincentive to keep playing. Every once in a while the cat has to catch the string or it will stop playing. Im at the end of my rope with this game.
